Florence Jenkins
 11.)
A "must add" to the list, and definitely the one to beat for number 1 - Florence Foster Jenkins ( Narcissa Florence Foster - July 19, 1868 –November 26, 1944) was an American amateur operatic soprano who was known, and ridiculed, for her lack of rhythm, pitch, tone, and overall singing ability.
